Information you provide

When you request service, the site collects the HVAC issue, urgency, property type, system details you choose to provide, service location, name, phone or email, preferred contact method, and any photos you attach.

How the request is used

The information is transmitted to Arpid’s central systems so it can be organized and shared with one participating local HVAC professional for follow-up. The site is designed not to broadcast the request to multiple competing companies.

Service providers

We use infrastructure and email-delivery providers to receive and review requests. A copy of the submitted request details may pass through FormSubmit to notify the site operator. Attached photo files remain with the Arpid request and are not copied into that notification email.

Attribution and technical data

The site may retain the landing page, referral source, campaign parameters, click identifiers, request time, browser user agent, and a request identifier. This helps connect marketing activity to submitted requests and prevent duplicate processing.

Analytics choices

Cloudflare Web Analytics provides aggregate traffic and page-performance measurements without using cookies or local storage for analytics. If Google Analytics is configured, it loads only after you allow optional analytics through the privacy prompt. Necessary browser storage records the privacy choice and preserves request attribution during the browsing session. You can reopen privacy settings from the footer.

Contact and deletion requests

Email [email protected] with enough information to identify the request. The site operator may need to coordinate with the independent professional who received it.

Independent professionals

The HVAC professional is independent and may have additional privacy practices for scheduling, estimates, service records, and customer communications.
